Your approved referral link records the first valid referral when the visitor permits referral storage. The published attribution window applies to the signup claim. A manual code can be used before payment when no partner is assigned. An existing assignment cannot be overwritten. Browser restrictions can limit tracking.

Yes. An eligible signup through your referral can remain attributed while using Free. Free generates no commission. Attribution can continue after the original signup window, but a Growth or Managed purchase does not currently generate automatic commission.

For the existing legacy program, commission requires confirmed eligible payment and review. Signup, installation and checkout visits are not earnings. Pricing-v3 commission requires a new eligible-revenue contract and accounting integration before it can begin.

Growth BYOK offers 10,000 responses per confirmed paid monthly cycle for USD 100 prepaid, without rollover. It does not currently create automatic partner commission. Existing legacy earnings remain subject to their applicable policy.

Plan changes do not turn v3 list prices or wallet deposits into eligible commission. Existing legacy credits or refunds can adjust prior commissions; the dashboard preserves those records.

The related commission is reduced or reversed based on refunded eligible revenue. Adjustments remain visible in the ledger, including corrections involving earlier payouts.

Yes, with each client’s authorization. Configure approved content, the allowed website domain and the widget script. Free and Growth require BYOK with separate provider costs; Managed includes AI. Your referral relationship alone does not grant access to a client workspace.

Yes, within the capacity of each client’s plan and the access they authorize. Partner membership does not add deployments or free allowances. Free BYOK grants 1,000 responses once, not monthly. Confirm deployment limits and access before planning a client rollout.

Payouts are reviewed manually each month after the review hold and configured minimum are met. Approved amounts and payment status appear in the dashboard. Payments are recorded only after confirmation; estimates and pending commissions are not paid funds.
